The Pakistan men’s Test cricket team will undergo a five-day training camp at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium from 9 to 12 July. Following the camp, the 16-member squad will travel to the West Indies for the two-match Test series scheduled from 25 July to 10 August in Tarouba and Port of Spain.
PCB-accredited media persons can attend the camp for coverage and reporting.
Training and Media schedule: (All activities at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium)
8 July – Members of Pakistan’s Test squad and team management assemble in Islamabad.
9 July – Pakistan Test team will take part in a training session from 10am to 1pm. It will be a vision-only opportunity.
10-11 July – Pakistan Test team will take part in a two-day Intra-squad scenario match with the first ball scheduled to be bowled at 10am. The scheduled closing time for the match will be 5pm on both days. It will be a vision-only opportunity on day one.
A member of the support staff or a player will be available for brief stand-up media talk on 11 July.
12 July – The squad members will take part in an optional training session from 10am to 1pm. Afterwards, a player or member of the support staff will be available for brief stand-up media talk.
13 July – Pakistan’s Test squad will depart for the West Indies from Islamabad International Airport.
