Pakistan football team under the control of imported elements have performed pathetic performance in the last one year, Pakistan lost 11 matches out of 12 is just disgusting.
Pakistan football federation is run by the normalization committee which makes the whole football structure abnormal, National team consist of overseas players, they are just enjoying the pleasure trip and playing with the emotions of Pakistan football fans.
PERFORMANCE IN 2022-23
Pakistan football team played 12 matches and lost 11 matches and won only one match.

FIFA DECISION:
FIFA Council decided to prolong the Pakistan Football Federation Normalization Committee mandate by nine months. The NC will continue to hold office until March 2024, instead of its original expiration date of June 30, 2023.
EMOTIONAL STATEMENT OF STEPHEN CONSTANTINE:
Pakistan Football team Coach Stephen Constantine bursts after pathetic performance of the team against Tajikistan.
He said ““I am totally upset and disappointed at today’s outcome and poor football display put up by Pakistan. I would not make any excuses here. I have to admit that we played poorly. Pakistan left many loopholes. Despite repeated instructions these players never tried to remove their flaws. I have to admit that we don’t deserve playing at such a level”
SOLUTION:
Democratic setup is the only solution to revive the football structure in Pakistan. It is the responsibility of FIFA to keep any aye on the matters of Normalisation committee. It is the responsibility of FIFA and Asian Football confederation to convince the normalization committee of PFF to hold elections of the federation before the end of its mandate and entrust the PFF affairs to them.
The mandate of normalization committee is ending on 31 March, 2024, if the committee does not hold the elections during its term, instead of giving it more time should be dismissed immediately and FIFA should handle the affairs of Pakistan Football it self.
