Islamabad:
Pakistan will be participating in the upcoming 33rd Summer Olympic Games in Paris, France with a contingent of seven athletes competing in Athletics, Shooting, and Swimming. The composition of the Pakistan team is as follows:

The details of participants is as under:

Athletics

1.    Mr. Arshad Nadeem – Athlete, Javelin Throw (Qualified)

2.    Ms. Faiqa Riaz – Athlete, 100m (Universality Place) – approved by World Athletics

3.    Mr. Salman Iqbal Butt – Athlete Support Personnel

4.    Dr. Ali Sher Bajwa – Athlete Support Personnel

Swimming

1.    Mr. Muhammad Ahmed Durrani – Athlete, 200m Freestyle (Universality Place) – approved by World Aquatics

2.    Mr. Jehanara Nabi – Athlete, 200m Freestyle (Universality Place) – approved by World Aquatics

3.    Lt Col (R) Ahmed Ali Khan – Athlete Support Personnel

Shooting

1.    Mr. Ghulam Mustafa Bashir – Athlete (25m Rapid Fire Pistol) – Qualified

2.    Mr. Gulfam Joseph – Athlete (10m Air Pistol, 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team) – Qualified

3.    Ms. Kishmala Talat – Athlete (10m Air Pistol, 25m Pistol, 10m Air Pistol Mixed Team) – Qualified

4.    Col Junaid Ali – Athlete Support Personnel

5.    Mr. Gennady Solodovnikov, Athlete Support Personnel

Contingent Officials

1.    Mr. Muhammad Shafiq – Chef de Mission (CDM)

2.    Mr. Javaid Shamshad Lodhi, Deputy CDM

3.    Ms. Zainab Shaukat – Admin Official

Special Appointments from IOC certified Personnel and Embassy of Pakistan in France

1.    Dr. Syed Meesaq Hussain Rizvi, OLY – Chief Medical Officer

2.    Mr. Kashif Jameel – NOC Olympic Attaché (Head of Chancery, Embassy of Pakistan in France)

3.    Mr. Rizwan Ahmed – Welfare Officer (IOC certified Safeguarding Officer in Sports)

The athletes and team officials will depart in various groups from July 19th to July 24th and will return in different groups after the conclusion of their competitions.

Mr. Arshad Nadeem, Athlete (Athletic) and Ms. Jehanara Nabi, Athlete (Swimming) will represent as flag bearers of Pakistan in the Opening Ceremony on 26 July 2024.
